Metaforge manufactures variety of bolts of following types.
 

a.  Hex Bolts: We can manufacture hex bolts in 4.6, 6.8, 8.8 or 10.9 class which can be electro plated or phosphate coated. The sizes are as follows-

b.  Banjo Bolts:  Banjo bolts are manufactures as per customers requirement or specifications.
 
 
BANJO BOLTS
 
 
c.   Centre Bolts: Center Bolts are manufactured by cold forging up to 200 mm(8”) length and up to 300 mm by (12”) hot forging. Extra long thread length can be supplied, as per customer’s requirement. These are in 4.6, 6.8 or 8.8 class. The sizes are from M8 to M12 (5/16” to ½”). We can go up to ¾”size.
 
 

CENTRE BOLTS
 
d.   Battery Bolts:  Battery hold on bolts in varies sizes and shapes are possible to manufacture. The normal sizes are from M5 to M8 (1/4 to 3/8”). This includes headed, plain, pressed battery bolts. The material used is SAE1008 or SAE1010. And are normally zinc plated.

e.   Other Bolts:  We also manufacture connecting Rod Bolts, Eye Bolts, Weld Bolts, U Bolts, T Bolts, Flange Bolts etc. These are as per customer’s requirement and specifications.
